Ps103:15-18

There I was questioning the very existence of God...

The temps dipped but I didn't care. Sitting on the porch of my childhood home daring not to move; His presence in that moment kept me glued to my seat hungry for more.

I longed to grasp the God of Love Who'd captured my attention and initiated my surrender to His Lordship. As the breeze swept across my face Psalm 103:15-18 became real.

15 Our days on earth are like grass;

like wildflowers, we bloom and die. 16 The wind blows, and we are gone— as though we had never been here. 17 But the love of the Lord remains forever with those who fear him. His salvation extends to the children’s children 18 of those who are faithful to his covenant, of those who obey his commandments!

Amazing! Just as seasonal flowers come and go in the wind, His love remains forever. Throughout the generations He's faithful to those who live according to His instructions and obey His Word.

Today - Blast out the Words of the Psalmist with me:

Bless the LORD O my soul and all that is within me Bless His Holy Name!
